TERMS AND CONDITIONS & LIABILITY WAIVER

Welcome to Samos Padel Club. By booking a court, entering our premises, or participating in any activity, you (the "User") agree to the following terms.

1. Assumption of Risk

Padel is a high-intensity physical activity. By using our facilities, you acknowledge that you are aware of the inherent risks, which include but are not limited to:

  • Injuries from contact with the ball, rackets, or glass walls.

  • Trips, slips, or falls on the court surface.

  • Physical overexertion or heat-related illnesses. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Health and Physical Condition

By agreeing to these terms, you warrant that:

  • You are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent you from playing safely.

  • You are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair your judgment or physical coordination.

  • It is your responsibility to consult with a physician before starting any new physical activity.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Greek Law:

  • SAMOS PANTEL IKE, its directors, shareholders and employees shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, or death resulting from the use of the facilities, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Club.

  • The Club is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

4. Personal Property

The Club provides Lockers and benches for convenience only.

  • Samos Padel Club accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings (including vehicles in the parking area).

  • Users are encouraged not to bring valuables to the premises.

5. Facility Rules and Safety

  • Equipment: All players must wear appropriate athletic clothing and non-marking padel/tennis shoes.

  • Conduct: We reserve the right to remove or ban any person displaying aggressive, abusive, or dangerous behavior without a refund.

  • Minors: Children under the age of [14/16] must be supervised by an adult at all times. Parents/guardians are solely responsible for the safety of minors.

  • Court Integrity: Users must not bring glass bottles, food, or chewing gum onto the courts.

6. Booking, Cancellation, and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Bookings cancelled less than 6 hours before the start time will not be refunded.

  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a booking will result in the full fee being charged.

  • Rain/Weather: In the event of extreme weather making play unsafe, the Club reserves the right to refund your booking in credits for making a new booking at a later date.

7. Use of Images (Media Release)

By using the facility, you consent to the Club occasionally taking photographs or videos for promotional purposes on social media or our website. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff upon arrival.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

Your personal data collected during booking (Name, Email, Phone) will be processed in accordance with EU GDPR regulations and our Privacy Policy, primarily for booking management and safety purposes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
